Individual Therapy Sessions are offered at the Shrubberies in the heart of South Woodford. Details can be found at http://www.lilyhouse.com/
- Ideally situated a few minutes walk from South Woodford Central Line station.
- There are three different bus routes with a bus stop outside.
- If travelling by car there are spaces outside as well as large car parks a short walk away.
- Disabled access can be arranged.
I also offer sessions at Therapeast, in Barkingside High Street, IG6.
The Therapy Centre is easy to access via public transport. It is a short walk from Fairlop and Barkingside stations on the Hainault branch of the Central Line, and there are a number of buses on the high street. In addition, there is parking on the high street (free for one hour – make sure you register on the machine or RingGo) and surrounding side streets, and a large pay and display car park on Craven Gardens near the roundabout.
